Positive Theories In The World
There are many positive theories in the world that have been written by diffrebnt authors. But one the best positive theory came from Eysenck (1987) that was quoted by Hollin (2002) whom after conducting research believed that there are two types of personality. One of the personality was ‘Extroversion-Introversion’ which states that an individual will seek stimulation from other people and hence be temperament socially. It must be understood that this personality is prone to rashness and hastiness. The other personality was called Neuroticism-Stability, which explained that individual were susceptible to depression, worried and nervous. It should be understood that Eysenck did not imply that individual inclined themselves to any of these personality trait, but rather the individual’s personality could be weighed along any of these personality dimension.
There are many genesis of love but many of them are inadequate in terms of personality while at the same time they do not meet the norms of the society or any arousal physiologically. According to Casler (1974), he stated that the genesis of love is when the individual lacks the internal resources to be in a position to stand by himself by imposing to someone who resembles his/her personality. Feud (1952) and Reik (1957) acknowledged that, love reflects the unachieved standards in another partner.
One reason that explains this is the sensitivity of neurones become drained to colour making them unable to be in their right position, hence the perception of an opponent colour. A study that was conducted by Houck and Hoffman (1986) does not believe in this theory. In their research that included black and white sets shown to the subjects that had horizontal and vertical lines, asked their subjects to fix them on vertical sets, and also on red horizontal linesfor many minutes.
