For most of people the word “diet” means a period of time where they attempt to restrict what they eat in order to lose weight. Work that body!.

You will know this already but research proves that any extra exercise plays a vital part in no diet weightloss. The trick is to find an activity that you can do in addition to whatever you do now – even something as simple as taking the stairs rather than the elevator every now and again would be a good start. Find an activity that fits your lifestyle that you enjoy doing and go do it.

Four Bites And You’re Out!

We all eat things that we know will not help our weight because they are usually the things that taste so good! So when you do have the urge to stray keep in mind that you taste 100% of the first bite; 50% the second bite; 25% the third bite; and 0% the fourth bite. That’s good, because you get all the ‘sugar hit’ benefit from the first four bites – anything after that you won’t really taste and may simply put on weight. It’s much better to save the rest of the chips, cookies, cakes, chocolate etc until the next time you get the need.
