Jazz Up Christmas With These Unique Christmas Stockings Ideas
In our household, our lives revolve around my twins come December. They are cuddled, pampered, and held to no end, and in return my husband and I shower them with well-deserved Christmas gifts. This year, while I was trying to find out the best scheme to cook up in order to entice my twins this holiday, I came up with brilliant Christmas stockings ideas. Armed with wrapping papers and little trinkets, I immediately set to work.
One of the benefits of being a Mom working from home is that I can still spend a lot of time with my children. While I am working in my “office”, I can see them from where I am sitting, thus reassuring me that they are safe with their Nannies and my little angels are not being spoiled rotten. It also gives me the benefit of getting to know my children from a distance, as I get to observe how they act “without Mommy around”.
I am also granted an in-depth access to what makes them smile and what makes them tick. Bryan, the older of the twins, is a bully and prefers physical sports over action figures. Meanwhile, meek little Chester prefers moving cars and trucks. These dissimilarities gave me Christmas stocking ideas for my twins this year. With the knowledge of what they want the most, I wrapped the little gifts in their Christmas stockings in themes of their preference.
On December 24th, Bryan will receive a soccer-themed Christmas stocking with little jerseys and soccer balls. Chester will open his car-themed Christmas stocking to find different Hot Wheels and Matchbox toys. At this moment their stockings look so marvelous, I’m sure the twins wouldn’t be able to resist smiling.
