Essex County Design & Construction Launches ADA Barrier-Free Initiative
Dec 03, 2010 – Essex County Design & Construction Partners has launched a initiative to help accelerate compliance with ADA (American Disabilities Act) Barrier-Free design and construction guidelines for non-profits and others organizations.
Under the terms of the initiative, the Essex County Design & Construction Partners (ECD&CP) will offer special considerations for non-profits, religious organizations, educational organizations, low-income organizations, and the elderly or infirm in need of barrier-free, handicap-accessible design and construction.
ECD&CP has extensive experience in senior care facilities architectural design and general construction project management. The intent of this initiaitive is to encourage and support the efforts of more organizations to pursue and complete ADA compliant, barrier-free projects at the earliest possible time, in spite of the current economic condictions.
