Families Need Healthy Energy Foods
Many families don’t know what they need to eat in order to have a good amount of energy. They believe what they hear on television about energy sources, which are actually very sugary. Instead, they need to consume whole foods to get the proper energy.
We’re told that sugar, soft drinks and sports drinks will give us a healthy boost of energy. That may be true, but it’s only a little and it’s short-lived. After the initial sugar high, your system crashes and your body becomes very tired.

Spirulina can be added to drinks to give you a big boost of protein, Beta Carotene and B vitamins, especially B12. Cacao nibs (or powder) tastes great with sunflower seeds and Goji berries and provides the body with magnesium and antioxidants.
A diet with these nutritional, energy-rich foods will make you feel much better than you ever did with sports drinks and other sugary products. Following a good raw food diet plan will give your body the energy and nutrients it needs to function properly.
