About Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga is a physical and meditative discipline within the tradition of yoga. It is associated with the subdivision of hatha yoga. This type of yoga describes a set of advanced yoga exercises. These exercises are movements that are also known as Kriiya Yoga. Kundalini yoga is known to be a pure and spiritual science. The Hindu tradition states that it leads to enlightenment and god- realization under the guidance of a spiritual master. The awakening of kundalini means the awakening of self knowledge.
Kundalini yoga is for people that want to learn more about structure and for those who believe in discipline. In Hindu tradition the techniques are only communicated from Master to disciple once the disciple is deemed ready. It is believed that some methods were made public in the west by rogue disciples. The inability to follow the strict instructions given by the master is known to lead to psychiatric disturbances. The practice of this form of yoga is not to be taken lightly as there are replications if you fail to discipline yourself.
Kundalini yoga needs to be understood if it is going to be practised. People that are imbalanced are not to try this form of yoga as there is a huge risk attached to its practise. Its practise is not to be taken lightly and one should take great thought before every practicing it. Kundalini yoga must be understood from a spiritual perspective and must be taught by people that can be trusted. It this form of yoga is ill practised there is a possibility of psychosis and this form of yoga is most dangerous.
Think Before You Act
If you are warned about something it is not wise for you to ignore it. Do not try this form of yoga if you are not sure of the pro and cons it has to offer. Once you do proper research on yoga you will find that there are a lot of benefits it has on the body and mind. Do take note that the body and mind will only benefit to its full potential if yoga is practised right.
There is much that the average human does not know but you only need to use common sense. If toga can change your life and your health for the better then if it is not practiced correctly it can have very bad results. It will be wise of you to learn more about your chances.
