How to send mulpile files at one time
I always tell my clients to zip the audio files before sending them, as this saves time and makes it easier to upload and download files.
In Windows you would follow these instructions. To select a consecutive group of files, click the first one, then hold down the Shift key, and then click the last one.
To select nonconsecutive files, hold down the CTRL key and then click each file you want selected.
When you have selected your audio files by using one of those 2 methods above, you right click any audio file and scroll down to Send To and then select the Compressed (zipped) Folder option
This will create your zip/compressed version of your audio files in one single folder.
In Mac OS, you would do this.First control-click or right-click on the file or folder (or multiple-selected files or folders) to be compressed (zipped) On the pop-up menu, click Create Archive of “file name” (or Compress “file name” depending on your Mac OS version). A zip-format compressed archive of the selected files or folders will be created on the desktop Original files or folders will not be changed.
Doing this will make your life easier and make for a shorted upload and download time when sending files over the internet.
