David Villa joins a host of stars to launch Adidas Micoach
David Villa is the latest star to join the Adidas Micoach advertising campaign in an all star cast. The current preview advert is 60 seconds long and features various sportsmen and women such as heptathlon world champion Jessica Ennis and British tennis star Andy Murray.
The campaign will be shown by an advert, PR, point of sale and with digital and media social on the Adidas Facebook and twitter pages. The idea of the Micoach is that the phone becomes your own personal trainer; having sports specific training plans, work out calendars, navigators and workout feedback all focused to help you become better at your specific sport.
The app syncs with the website Micoach.com and you can download personal training programmes for sports such as running, football, tennis and basketball. It allows the user to download or tailor make conditioning programmes to help improve, the Micoach also offers the voices of your favourite sports stars to encourage you whilst you train.
