Most people don?t have time to go to the gym. So here are some simple exercises that you can do every morning on your bed.
Get on your bed, facing right and bring your body up. Your elbow should be right under the shoulder. Pull up your muscles underneath and pull it up against the bed. Lower down gently and try to repeat this 12 times. The struggle is in raising upward. Put your other hand on your abs. Then switch over to the other side. Place one foot over the other. Take your elbow under your shoulder and the other hand on your abs and do the same thing. For the muscles to tighten up the spine, exhale slowly.
For the second step, pull your knees to your chest. To get a nice stretch, put a pillow under your head. Bring one leg forward and raise your head off the bed and bring your hands behind your neck. Start off by moving both knees like you’re riding a bicycle.
You don’t need to pay for membership fees or check out the gym. You can flatten your abs at home with just five minutes a day.
