  • This collator is compatible with paper of various sizes and weights. It can process paper that ranges in size from 5.5” x 6.9” all the way up to 12” x 17”. As far as weights go, you can process up to 67 lb. paper. If you need to, you can even collate some coated stocks.
  • The QC-S30 is pretty fast. When you work with letter-sized paper (8.5” x 11”), you can finish off 3,900 sets of 5 sheets in one hour. • This device is able to pinpoint any errors so you can take a moment to fix them. It will alert you if there’s a paper jam, if the receiving tray is full, and so on.
  • The QC-S30 is surprisingly compact but it’s still going to take up a lot of room. Thus, it may be better for mail rooms and print shops as opposed to offices. This device’s approximate measurements are 23” (width) x 20” (depth) x 39” (height) and it weighs 139 pounds.
  • One drawback to using this machine is that it doesn’t come with the best warranty. The warranty only lasts for 90 days which is surprising considering this isn’t an inexpensive machine. Thus, if getting a good warranty is important to you, taking a look at some other units would be a good idea.

The Standard QC-S30 is a terrific collator.
