There is no standard way for writing book reviews. The book reviews usually contain the personal opinion of the review writer therefore it is highly personal. The book reviews may be short or long. It can be as short as 50 to 100 words or it can even long to the extent of 1500 words or more. The length of the review depends up on the purpose for which the review is being written. There are various websites which give suggestions about how to write a quality book review. The suggestions given by the websites are only to be taken as a hint these are not formulas or standard rules to be followed while writing a review. The writer of a review can adopt their own way of writing and express their thoughts in attractive yet informative way. The reviewer has complete independence to pen down his or her views and opinions up on reading a book which factual and true about the content of the book.
