The new funkier Corsa

The 2011 Vauxhall Corsa features the now signature Vauxhall chrome bar, carrying the new Griffin badge, stretching across the front grille, while a re-styled front bumper with a more prominent, wider lower grille gives the Vauxhall Corsa a smiling appearance. Adding the finishing touch to the front end are the pair of eagle eye styled front head lamp units.
With the fresh new look the Corsa is also available with fresh new colours; the Corsa will be available in:
• Pearlescent Lime Green
• Metallic Chilli Orange
• Guacamole
• Sunny Melon
• Pepper dust

The fresh new colours are carried into the inside of the new Corsa too, with seat trims such as Steel Blue and Tabasco Orange brightening the interior, as well as a range of different coloured door trims, centre consoles, air vent rings and door handles.
The new Corsa also boasts a new stereo, it will be available with Vauxhall’s new optional Touch & Connect multi-media system, which replaces the existing CD60 unit. The touch & Connect uses a five-inch touch screen display featuring both 2D and 3D maps for the navigation system, as well as a CD/tuner, aux-in, USB and Bluetooth mobile phone connectivity.
The new Corsa appears to emphasis Vauxhall’s light heartedness and humorous side, it’s nice to a car manufacturer enjoying themselves whilst pleasing their customers.

When it was first unveiled in 2006 it won the What Car? “Car of the Year” award, much is expected from the revamped model. The Corsa is Vauxhall’s 2nd best selling model, just behind the Astra; the Vauxhall Insignia in Skelmersdale is still climbing up the rankings.
