The New Perfect Punch Trainer
So I see this commercial for Perfect Punch on television and I am literally knocked out. Finally an As Seen On TV fitness product has come out that really appeals to me and I am here to tell you about my experience. From assembly to workout I think this is one of the best products ever and I am quite sure it will be a success.
There are so many As Seen On TV fitness products on the market and I suppose each one may have its advantages but this one is simple, portable and effective. I know it is effective because it is loosely based on the same techniques being used in kickboxing workouts. If you have ever taken a kickboxing class then you will remember doing shadow boxing. It was fairly easy at first but you quickly got winded and your muscles really felt a burn. Well in real boxing or MMA the fighters train using the same motion and we can all so see what type of shape they are in. It is reasonable to assume that we too can use the same techniques and get into shape.
With Perfect Punch there is no need to go to a gym, use crazy equipment or make unnatural movements. In fact, by default you will learn to through a perfect punch while you are doing a pretty awesome workout. Essentially we are just talking about a little boxing here but the side effects will be an excellent cardio workout, massive shoulder burning, ripped biceps and the development of real power. All of this is accomplished without lifting weights and is therefor much easier on your joints and connective tissues. It is really a breakthrough if you ask me.
The basic premise here is combining interval training to burn fat and progressive resistance to build strength and increase skill. The motion you will use is the precise striking motion which fighters train years to master and the system makes sure you do it properly every time. So if you are a fighter you will get better and if you just want a killer workout you will get that as well.
The entire system consists of the MMA resistance training gloves, additional power cord and a workout DVD $29.99 plus shipping and handling so it fairly inexpensive for a portable workout. Assembly is only required if you choose to add the tougher cord to the gloves right off the bat but I doubt anyone would need to do this. The way it is delivered provides plenty of challenge for even the strongest men or most skilled fighters. The included instructions are clear and simple and you will working out MMA style in under a minute.
The product itself seems sturdy and the MMA training gloves look and feel like high quality gear. The stitching is solid and they feel terrific when you have them on. This is not a product that you will buy and forget about. The workouts are tough but very easy to do as far as gloving up, strapping in and kicking butt. Boxing is cool and you will not get sick of this workout. At first it only takes minutes to achieve complete muscle exhaustion but as time goes by you will be able to go longer. Your muscles will ignite and burn and feel awesome when you are done. I have to say it is a winner.
I have not yet seen a ton of advertising for this yet and have not seen it in stores but I have a very good feeling about it. It is too simple not to be a hit and its very nature will appeal to a large demographic of both workout and fight enthusiasts whom historically like to try new types of training methods. It is being launched by MMA Trainer and Commentator Jay Glazer who you might know from FOX Sports so this could literally become the next big thing is the As Seen On TV fitness market.
