Andy’s pulling out all the stops for his countdown to the New Year, with appearances by funny ladies (Sandra Bernhard, Amy Sedaris, Kristen Wiig), serious ladies (Megan McCain and Rachel Maddow), sassy ladies (Wendy Williams, Flipping Out’s Zoila Chavez and Jenni Pulos) and Housewives from near and far (NJ’s Dina Manzo, Atlanta’s Kim Zolciak, Beverly Hills’ Lisa Vanderpump, and O.C.’s Tamra Barney). I have a hunch that there might be a showdown between Lisa’s well-dressed pup Giggy and Dina’s hairless cat Grandma Wrinkles at some point in the evening.

There will be some non-female, non-animal guests as well, including Late Night’s Jimmy Fallon, Flipping Out’s Jeff Lewis, “The Rent is Too Damn High” party leader Jimmy McMillan, and singer-songwriter Jay Sean. In true Bravo clubhouse style, the cocktails will be flowing as Andy and guests toast to the year’s most Mazel-worthy moments up until a not-so-traditional “wig drop” to ring in 2011.

Don’t miss the fun as everybody gathers round to reflect on their favorite memories of 2010, raise a glass to the year’s most Mazel-worthy moments, and ring in 2011 with TV’s first ever “wig drop” live at midnight. Ryan Seacrest and Dick Clark host with correspondent Jenny McCarthy from Times Square in New York City. At the same time, Fergie hosts in LA. Performers on tap include Taio Cruz, Willow Smith, Ke$ha and Train. The one and only Bette Midler performs in Las Vegas at Caesar’s Palace accompanied by a 13-piece band, the singing trio the Staggering Harlettes and the dancing Caesar Salad Girls. Songs slated to be performed include “Wind Beneath My Wings,” “The Rose,” and “Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy.”

This 90-minute special will feature appearances by the cast of ‘Jersey Shore,’ who will stop by to debut a sneak peek of their upcoming season and a performance by Flo Rida of his song “Club Can’t Handle Me.”

The studio, located in a quiet stretch of New York’s SoHo neighborhood, is about the size of a cozy living room, which is fitting because that’s exactly the vibe Cohen is aiming for. “It’s really meant to be hanging out to in my den,” he says. And nothing in the retro wall-unit is filler, whether it’s the two (!) Justin Bieber dolls that fans recently sent him or a copy of The Hunger Games, which Cohen recently finished. In fact, Cohen has decked out much of the studio space with his own knickknacks. The golden rabbit and multi-colored rug came straight from his house, the book shelves are filled with titles by Bravo talent, and the walls are dotted with pictures of Cohen and some of his (very famous) friends, like Parker.

But in between talks of how to “douggie” and Leakes grooving to WWHL’s campy theme song was plenty of booze. Ah yes, we’d be remiss to not mention the fuel that sometimes keeps the show and its guests going. Sure, Cohen and his guests happily imbibe on stage, but the audience can get in on the liquid fun, too. Members of the crew double as waitstaff, who seemed more than happy to take our orders before and during the taping. Whiskey, vodka, M&Ms, cupcakes – exactly our kind of house party.

“I love Anderson Cooper and NeNe, but oy vey are we old!” The rest of this week’s line-up features Diane Von Furstenberg, Amy Sedaris, Tom Colicchio and polarizing Atlanta Housewives couple Phaedra and Apollo – and that’s all before WWHL’s New Year’s Eve party, which will feature guests like Sandra Bernhard, Jay Sean, Jenny and Jeff from Flipping Out, and, of course, Kim Zolciak singing “Tardy for the Party,” all before the almighty wig drop at midnight.
