How Farting Can Help Put Your Baby To Sleep

If you have a fussy baby that has trouble going to sleep at night, you may want to consider farting.

Farting? You say. Well, most farts are produced from swallowed air that consists of mainly Nitrogen and Carbon Monoxide. These gases can act as a sleeping aid for your baby. When your baby smells your farts, he/she will start to feel more tired. Carbon Monoxide is a natural gas that can make you sleepy. Nitrogen is also a gas that is used for producing Nitrous Oxide – another gas that makes you sleepy. Tout off the right amount of gas and wallah Your baby is fast asleep.

When using farts as a method to put your fussy baby to sleep, you should prepare a few hours prior. A good batch of chilli with many kidney beans works well for many people to build up a stockpile of farts. Find the right food or drink that works well for you to build up your own stockpile of farts.

Do not over do it. Too many farts can be unbearable for a small child or even an adult. This may cause vomiting or restlessness. If an overdose of farts occurs you may need to open some windows or air out the room in some way. An unsuccessful airing out may require you to put your baby to sleep in another room or cause you hours in delay for putting your baby to sleep.

With these simple tips, you are now on your way to using farts as an effective sleeping aid for your little one.
