So what is MLM downline Duplication really and how do you get it?
The first step is to get a graps on how this magical word works. Because in our great industry of Network Marketing duplication is one of the keys to real success.
Duplication comes down to getting your downline to duplicate your efforts and grow bigger and bigger and bigger (with or without you)… with the end result that your pay gets bigger and bigger and bigger!
In this industry the quote “If It Is To Be It Is Up To Me” is the kiss of death!
There is not a person out there who can sponsor enough people to make the big bucks.
The whole point of network marketing is to grow a team of people who will eventually continue to grow without
your efforts. That is how true residual income is created in our business.
However with out duplication you can kiss that dream of freedom good bye.
The secret to creating a team that grows like this, is to encourage recruiting activities that are simple enough that all that is required by a distributor is desire.
An old mentor of mine pounded this into my head… his philosophy is, it makes no difference if you can recruit people with your methods… the only issue that means anything is if it can duplicate.
His mindset came back to he was not impressed if you signed up 1000 new team members… if the method you brought them in to the business with was not easy enough to be duplicated by those people it was a complete waste of time. Since your business will not grow past those distributors.
Me… I try to encourage creativity with my team. As long as the methods are simple, I allow my team to sponsor how they see fit.
That is why it is important to always be educating yourself in this industry… know about all of the different methods of recruiting out there…
Focus on the one that works best for you, however learn where to send your people to learn the strategies that are better suited for them. Do not get stuck being biased against other sponsoring strategies. Everyone is different, encourage your team to focus where their strengths are.
Not everyone will enjoy meeting new people face to face, they will nto be comfortable with it…
Others may want to call purchased lists…
Others could have a serious kncack for building online.
Others may simply want to become masters of the Social Networking sites such as Facebook and twitter and meet prospects that way…
The secret of success is encourage your team to do what works for them, but ONLY if the recruiting methods they are using work and are duplicateable. Follow this philosophy and your downline will explode!
