An Unforgettable Moment Of Your Life
The unforgettable moment in my life was a day when I bought my first car. I had dreamt about it for a long period of time, but could not afford it. I was going to buy a new vehicle; but I was debating whether to purchase an automatic transmission or a manually equipped one. It was one of the unforgettable days in my life because I had prepared for this purchase and searched the problem. I knew that a gasoline powered internal combustion engine produces more power in the mid to upper end of the power band. The problem being at low RPM (rate of revolution of a motor) they do not produce enough torque to start the vehicle moving. I knew they both transferred power and multiplied torque, though the use of a flywheel or torque convertor, this is known as stored inertia or Dynamic Mass and used different gear ratios to accomplish basically the same task of multiplying torque to get the vehicle moving and accelerate it. I thought of all the merits and disadvantages. I was going to order my first “new” car and have it built. The manager from the nearest salon explained me that automatic transmissions do offer some distinct advantages as just about everyone can operate (Drive) them. The gear selections are “Automatic”. The disadvantages are less durability. They are generally more costly to operate and have more moving parts to wear out. The resulting loss in gas mileage, the higher heat generated also causes the air conditioning, to not cool as well. They will “Burn up” quickly when stuck, in sand or snow, if you’re not very careful considered everything carefully, but, in the end. I chose another manual transmission, based on the fact, of cost, speed and the “coolness” of banging gears. They are sometimes more difficult for some people to learn, mostly being a matter of hand and foot coordination and an understanding of the basic principles of the way power is generated by an gasoline engine. So, I bought my first car. It was an unforgettable event in my life because I had spent much time trying to find the best car for myself. When I bought a car, I invited my friends for picnic and celebrated this great and unforgettable event. Now, I can say that if you really want something and take pains to achieve it, one day all your dreams come true and this day will be the best day in your life.
