As per the article titled excess of everything is harmful so it means that whether it a consumption of sweet or and bitter thing if it has been taken is excess it will surely cause some harm to our body. Similarly if we take an excess of sleep or less sleep it will again cause many slaapproblemen (sleeping problem) that is there are many problems related due to not proper sleep. Thus, one should take a proper and balance sleep neither too excess nor very less. Everything taken in balance will keep you healthy. Thus, there are mainly two types of sleeping problems they are Insomnia which is due to less sleep and Narcolepsy that is sue to excess sleep. Hence both this problems are temporary in the initial stage but after a long time they become long term problems. They causes many other disorder in our body. One thing that is very common we have heard that if we don’t take a proper sleep we very generally have heard from many persons that today they don’t feel well because last night they did not have proper sleep, they will feel very inactive and laziness. And in generally it is also said that the people gain a lots of weight if they regularly sleep more. Hence these are very common and instant happening problems. But some other problems which are very serious and related due to sleep are some hormonal changes. Male and female have different desires for everything. Now due to this sleep problems the hormone known as libido which means sexual desire which gets hampered. So due to getting lowered this many couples does not have a good sexual life. Now for to enjoy every part of life the balance of sleep should be surely maintained. Hence if one takes a very balance of sleep that is a good night’s sleep then the libido verhogen (libido increase). Thus, this increase in libido makes you sexual life very good moving. Thus to have a good increase in the libido there are proper amount of diet taken. Including some of the additional things in your diet one can increase libido. The female libido is more complicated as compared to the male libido. So females have to take a good care of it. There should a balance of everything maintained specially for women. The main factors which should be balanced for women are hormones, emotions ans psychology.

Thus this sleep problems are very serious problems for many people so one should take a good care to their sleep and to recover from this many clinics are also developed. Hence one should take an adequate amount of rest and food to have a good and healthy life.
