Video On How 2 Get Pregnant With PCOS

PCOS, (polycystic ovarian syndrome), may cause infertility among women. Five to ten percent of women from age 20-40 are probably affected by this condition. Although it has been around for quite a while, little is known in regards to its source. Studies have revealed that it can be correlated to or caused by heredity, diabetes and seizure medicine.

Almost half of the women with polycystic ovarian syndrome have miscarriages. Complications throughout pregnancy more than likely will occur in women with PCOS. The syndrome is also linked with diabetes considering women with PCOS suffer from irregularly higher insulin concentrations. The increased insulin or glucose can get in the way of the implantation and development of the embryo in the uterus. Furthermore, irregular insulin levels can cause poor egg quality which can also reduce your changes of getting pregnant. However, fertility is still achievable even when you have PCOS.
