Los Pandos, Almansa is in the Castile-La Mancha region of Spain and the region is definitely up and coming for a number of reasons. The European Union will have donated up to the year 2013 a total of just over 2,900 million euros. The occupancy of industrial land in Castilla-La Mancha is a clear example of the region’s attractiveness for business investment. The creation of industrial estates is promoted in Castilla-La Mancha. Since 2002, many different agreements have been authorised with Councils to promote the development of industrial land. This offers an image of growing industrial and business activity in Castilla-La Mancha and its high level of interest as a region for investment. The region has many investment support programs, covering all possible needs of initial investment and future projects for innovation and greater competitiveness.
The strong transportation network of highways, freeways and a high-speed train network which is shortly to open in the township of Almansa will only aid in its development.
