MGB Plastics Limited is delighted to announce that it has been named as one of four successful companies selected by the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (“ESPO”) and the Central Buying Consortium (“CBC”) framework agreement for the supply of wheeled bins. ESPO and CBC are a local government purchasing consortia whose objective is to provide local authorities with a cost effective contracting and procurement service.
Commenting on MGB’s inclusion on ESPO and CBC, MGB Plastics General Manager, Conor Sugrue says “MGB Plastics is delighted to have been selected on the ESPO and CBC framework for the first time. As our wheeled bins are manufactured in the UK, we can provide those local authorities using the ESPO and CBC framework agreement with a quality product and service at competitive prices. As this is MGB’s first time on ESPO and CBC, we would welcome visits from local authorities to our production facility in Rotherham so that we can show them the production process from start to finish”
Operating from a modern manufacturing facility in Rotherham, MGB Plastics has the capacity to manufacture in excess of 1 million wheeled bins per annum. In addition to manufacturing wheeled bins and kitchen caddies, we also have a dedicated “in-house” distribution team that have been responsible for the delivery of in excess of 4 million wheeled bins to households throughout the UK .

The RWM show will also see the launch of the most advanced 240Litre bin in the UK. This bin has a stronger more durable design with the availability of many optional extras such as RFID tags and printing.
