You can use beans as a replacement for meat whenever you have the opportunity. There are plenty to choose from, and you can load the beans in a slow cooker, so when you are done at work, the beans are ready to be eaten.
The USDA recommends consuming beans at least 4 times weekly. When you have gas after taking in beans wash them properly next time, and covering them with water, bringing the water to a boil, then with cold clean water, draining it off and fill the pot again with water.
6. Dine on some fish
If you live near the sea or a lake or a place where there are lots of fish to be found, then you must make fresh fish an indipensable element of a person’s food consumption. You can catch them from the banks of the ocean and saving some nice moolah in the process.
7. Peanut butter
Peanut butter is great treat for those on a budget as it is popular with just about everybody. You can use it for sandwiches instead of eating hot dogs. There’s no real need to keep it iin your fridge, and bigger containers will last you for a very long time, off course only if you don’t overdo it.
