Farrah Fawcett: cancer and the facts
Best known for her role as one of Charlie’s Angels in the original 1970s TV show, Farrah Fawcett was first diagnosed with anal cancer in 2006, and began treatment including chemotherapy and surgery. Unfortunately the cancer spread to her liver and, after battling the disease for three years, she sadly died in 2009 at the young age of 62.
