The Necessity for Keeping Foot Warm
As temperature drops sharply during the winter, a lot of people would put on thicker clothes and wear warm gloves. However, they would often forget about taking care of their feet. As of today, I am going to talk about the necessity of keeping your feet warm and share with you some of the health tips on how to take good care of your feet.
Feet under poor care have a negative impact on the entire physical health. As modern medicine suggests, the blood circulation in the lower leg tends to go upward, overcoming the gravity and the weight that a person carries. Meanwhile, as the bottom of the lower leg, the feet are the farthest away from the heart, which makes a slower blood circulation through both feet. Moreover, the adipose layer of the feet tends to be thin and easily loses heat. Especially during each winter, the peripheral vessels begin to shrink as the body naturally stops releasing heat. In this case, the blood circulation is blocked with a decreased amount of blood going back to the heart, which leads to less blood output from the heart. Then, the feet tend to suffer a lower temperature.
As the feet are suffering coldness, it may do a potential damage to the heart. Due to a close correlation between the feet and the respiratory mucous membrane, the capillary vessels in the respiratory passages begin to shrink once the feet are suffering coldness. Subsequently, cilia begin to shake at slower pace with a weaker immunity. At this moment, the virus and germs that have been hiding along the nose passages begin to find a path into your inner system and breed more of them, which at last lead to influenza and bronchitis or other more serious diseases. Sometimes, it may lead to stomach ache and paramecia which gives women a stronger reason to take care of their feet.
For a better life, it is necessary to keep your feet warm according to what have been described above. As far as I know, there are several healthy tips on taking good care of the feet.
