Once smoking becomes an inconvenient activity, you will be less likely to continue doing it.

Whenever you do get the urge to smoke, try to keep yourself busy with something else. Keeping a bowl of hard candies around or even nibbling on some vegetables can help satisfy your craving. This trick will be very helpful to you as you stop smoking.
