Airborne photography is defined as the actual taking of photographs whilst in the air, either by way of a plane, hot air balloon, skyrocket, skydiver, ultra light, heli, rocket or some other type of airborne vehicle. Aerial photography originated in France within 1958 when an avid balloonist and photographer named Nadar, took his first aerial photographs. Aerial photography has many different purposes for example; military strategy and monitoring, mapmaking, moving making, espionage, wildlife studies, natural source research and residential pictures as well as a number of other purposes.

Living on loved ones property, there is an excellent sense of pride when examining the improvements that have been created in your lifetime along with the knowledge that the home will remain in the family, these aerial photographs show only a glimpse of how existence changes with each era.
