Exploring And Explaining Individual Differences At Work

Scholars can describe creative intelligence as an activity or mental efforts/process that has the concern with the capacity to bring into existence non existing concepts to existing and has the ability to imagine of solution to evolving new difficulties (Weiten, 2008, p. 346). The four styles can therefore be put in to the following classes. They are: intuitive intelligence, innovative intelligence, imaginative intelligence and finally inspirational intelligence.
First of all, intuitive intelligence is “a kind of intelligence, like musical intelligence or visual intelligence” (Whitworth, Kimsey, Kimsey, & Sandal, 2007, p. 56). As human beings, every one has the ability to have a mental or visual impression in our minds at a certain level which can be mature with time. Its difficulty to remember quality causes curiosity because the much one tries to be hard on a specific item the more the solutions look hard to find. This type of intelligence unlike the others has the trick to have a compassionate point of view on a subject. It consists of a soft beginning that is obvious to all. The next step is what matters in that what kinds of interpretation can one give to the soft observation. Therefore the manner of interpretation can free one from the burden of self correctness and thus personal intuitive can be impressive. Because of its difficulty, being ready and considerate is a better way to look at it. Its effect on organizational decision making is that the success of the decision being made will depend on how the deep meaning of the subject will the stakeholders interpret and therefore it brings notice to what people can not perceive. Intuitive intelligence does not necessary have one to have interaction experience with problems but quickly can find a solution where the past experiences lead to direct actions.
The other style is the innovative intelligence. Unlike intuitive intelligence, innovative intelligence can simply be the capability of someone to think theoretically instead of being concrete on the subject to more elaborate on abstract ideas which are yet to be presented by others and solve problems (Furnham, 2008, p. 215). These ideas are such that they have tangible expression. In decision making, it makes possible to provide a valuable solution from ideas that looks abstract to many such that they feel the possibility of success in the situation. It is much involvement to the creating/finding answers of the problem. This much methodical and depends a lot on existing facts.
Thirdly is imaginative intelligence which results from having the ability to visually imagine favourable chances and being creative of new ideas by having an open mind and thinking outside the box. It is the ability to foresee success in an imaginary manner and therefore solutions to problems are most likely to bring success in decision making such that a very difficult situation can be made easy to those who can not believe of a successful possibility. Therefore, this will bring support on the matter and hence success.
The last style of intelligence is the inspirational intelligence. This is much different from the other three in that it much involves the focus in interest in societal modification by sacrificing till the results are achieved as opposed to the others which involve finding solutions by creating possibilities. It has the mutual feeling of the others and calls for the wish to do for others to find success. In decision making, the interest of the pioneer of problem solving can motive others who eventually bring in support for the benefit of the organization and the society as a whole.
Mental models/mind sets can be the procedures that human beings use to find solutions to problems by managing their reasoning to eliminate unnecessary thoughts such that they remain with a solution. Together with paradigm mental model/mind sets attitudes mature to reinforce the entire system. It is on how the attitudes (mindsets) execute policies that perceivable behaviours can bee seen. It is possible to say that unstable and complicate organizations will have efficient paradigms in decision making. It is hard to change mental models/mind sets that already exist because of the human nature but with the current environment in many organizations, there exists forces that can influence mental models/mind sets such that it can lead to poor success and bad deliverance.
However, time is a very important force aspect in our lives and whatever has to succeed time has to influence it (Kheifets, 2009). Its management determines success. By creating adequate time can determine a successful change of management structure to bring out profits. Time is a healing medicine and thus can make hard situations to be manageable because it gives room for change of thoughts on a particular subject. The other influential force is the successes and failures of the past. Depending on the nature of past events on these two matters, current accomplishments on planning tables will much depend on the participants on the decision making panels in that the brain of each and every participant is specially made such that the success of the current endeavours will much depend on the past happening. Past success can contribute to current success.
