Passion for sports cars
Last week I bought a Nissan GTR to fix; it needs a lot of work under the bonnet as well as on the bodywork. I love speed hence the reason I have a passion for sports cars, as a young girl I always dreamt of becoming a Formula 1 driver but that soon ended when my parents made it clear that dream will never come true.
I was gutted but I didn’t want to let my parents down in any way, after all if it weren’t for them I wouldn’t even be in this world. So to keep my parents happy, I finished my education, became a fully qualified midwife but to keep myself happy, in my spare time I like to fix old sports cars.
Over the years I have fixed many old sports cars, but none as bad as the one I’m working on right now. The Nissan is in real bad shape, I got it towed to my house as the engine was completely messed up. I have ordered the Nissan GTR parts online as well as from my local garage, now I’m waiting for them to arrive so I can start working on it.
When I work on a car, I get so into it that I lose track of time, my parents usually have to remind me to have my dinner. Sometimes, my dad likes to help me with the cars but most of the time he just likes to watch and just keep me company.
