Introduction to Indian Tea

The tea is generally cultivated in the hills of the Nilgiris district of Tamil Nadu. Nilgiris teas are mild, bright and brisk with light clean flavors.

Darjeeling Tea: Darjeeling tea is universally acknowledged tea because of its unique flavor which cannot be replicated. The tea is normally made from the small-leaved Chinese variety of Camellia sinensis var, sinensis. It is the most expensive tea in the world. No wonder, it is known as Champagne of teas.

In today’s scenario, Indian tea has taken an important place in the international beverage market. It has also been the blenders choice for over 100 years for its best quality or reliability.
