The Page Turner: A 1O-year-old gal who is committed to becoming a piano genius auditions for a music scholarship, but is turned down by the dean of the school. 10 years later she puts herself into the same ladies home, gets the family to trust her, and plans her revenge. Agent Cody Banks: That adolescent spy is back for a U.K. venture, with Anderson all too evidently shoehorned into the cases for comedy alleviation as his watchdog. Muniz and Kelly are game. Jack Be Nimble: Strange, smart little chiller in which the title personality is adopted into a family of bad people and he is neglected completely. Doulos The Finger: Delightful round-the-globe venture based on the real tale of a l6-year-old who cruises to every conceivable port. The movie was generated by Gregory Poke and filmed on location. Cast includes Joseph Bottoms, Deborah Raffin, John McLiam, and Dabney Coleman. (105 minutes,’74)
Night of the Blood Monster: Lee is fine as Magistrate Jeffrey’s who is a vicious judge presiding over “Bloody Assizes” after the Monmouth Revolt opposing Baron James II.
