All Hail Kia New Concept
I am absolutely enamored with Kia’s new concept, simply titled the Ray. It is incredibly innovative, and rather edgy at that — score one for Kia!
The concept got its big reveal at Chicago’s motor show. The Korean manufacturer especially wanted to highlight its desire to produce a more environmentally efficient automobile. One result of that desire is this new plug in hybrid, which combines bold engineering and design. The materials used to build it are not only lightweight, they are also recycled.
The Ray concept is based around the popular platform used for the Kia Forte. The surfaces are clean and sleek, with no angles or edges that are not necessary.
It has everything, from solar cells to floating seat frames.
