Data must be collected on the discounted item sales to prove if the discounting actually worked or not. Companies should also monitor customer loyalty, initial response time, quality problems, and DOA products. All of these data points will allow a company to monitor their customer service and make sure that they are providing the best possible customer service to their customers. A company should also get reports on the most profitable customers and the most profitable services offered. By focusing on these customers and these services a company can ensure that they will be receiving the most return on their investment as possible.
