"Gansu Radio and Television Management Ordinance" shall come into force on August 1 – Radio and TV, satellite TV, radio – broadcasting industry
"Gansu Radio and Television Management Ordinance" by Gansu Province, the Tenth People's Congress Standing Committee of the twenty-ninth meeting on May 31, 2007, is hereby released from August 1, 2007 onwards purposes.

2007 5 31 Chapter I General Provisions Article I to regulate radio and television management, development radio and television, according to state laws and regulations realities of the province, these regulations are formulated.
Second province administrative regions set up radio and television (stations) and in radio and television programs, editing, production, broadcasting, receiving, transmission and other activities, the application of this Ordinance.
County level and above shall be broadcast into national economic and social development planning, and financial resources necessary to gradually increase input, to protect and promote the sustainable development of radio and television career.
Above the county level should be for rural, ethnic minorities, remote and poor areas to focus on radio and television support, to improve radio and television coverage.
Fourth above the county level radio and television administrative departments in charge of the administrative area of radio and television management, its main functions?
(A) the implementation and management of radio and television laws, regulations and policies?
(B) formulate and implement development plans radio and television?
(C) supervision and management of radio and television (stations) of the work; (d) establishment and management of broadcasting and TV transmission network;
(5) on the satellite television ground receiving facilities, radio and television program production and broadcast, video on demand services, the Internet and other communication information network television programs, public places and public transport within the implementation and management of television;
(6) develop contingency plans for broadcast radio and television safety, handling of major emergencies;
(7) Education and training radio and television professionals to enhance their professional ethics and quality;
(8) other duties stipulated by laws and regulations.
Article Development and Reform, culture, construction, finance, education, journalism, publishing, business administration, food and drug supervision and management department of radio, it should be in accordance with their respective duties well radio and television management. Article
radio and television administrative departments above the county level should establish supervision and reporting system to online reports, green complaint letters and visits and other means, subject to public supervision.
