Banana Walnut Cupcakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 tsp of rum extract
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine cream cheese, rum extract, butter, sugar, and vanilla in a mixer and mix on medium until whipped and creamy.
