February 2011 Atlanta Short Sales Listings Under $50k
It’s amazing how many properties that are offered in some form of distress. Foreclosures, Short-Sales, REO sales, etc. It’s only going to get worse(or better depending on your outlook). There were over 1,000,000 properties taken through the bank through foreclosure in 2010, and that number should be even higher in 2011. And the amazing part of Atlanta is that several homes can sell for 50% of their selling price in 2006-2007.
The combination of low interest rates, and much more homes being available than there are buyers available has made this almost an ideal time to buy. All of the properties I’m going to list below are within the $10-50k range, and therefore are very economical for almost any buyer.
