Namramuni the creator of PAWANDHAM
Namramuni is the youngest saint of Gondal Sampraday and is one of those monks of Jain who have led the Jainism to the top level by standing upfront. Namramuni is a Jain monk who has got a huge number of followers in and around the country. Like other Jain monks Namramuni has a lot of will power and conviction. Jainism is a very simple religion in terms of understanding but when it comes to applying the norms of Jainism it seems to be very difficult. So members of Jain community follow the rules and regulations under the guidance of Jain Monks who undergo Diksha. Namramuni is even one of those saints and a real standout from the crowd.
Namramuni is a sole believer of humanity and believes that no living thing in this world should be harmed by other individual. Namramuni also believes that all religions are equal and there is no difference between every Human being. Namramuni is a young man and he walks according to the new ways of life. Namramuni believes that a man has to change his style of living according to the changing times. Namramuni believes in looking forward to the life and the society as per the needs and requirement of the society.
Namramuni for this reason has constructed a PAWANDHAM instead of a Jain temple in Kandivali, Mumbai. This place will be open for all religions and would work on the concept of Sarvadharam. Some people claim that Sarvadharam is not a right thing to be followed by Jain monks. Namramuni says that Loving and respecting each other and following the path of Humanity will make you a complete Jain. Namramuni is also misquoted by some people as being a spiritual guru. Namramuni says that there is nothing wrong in being together with people for other culture. Namramuni is undoubtedly a person who works rigorously for the development of Jain community. Namramuni has rightly felt the need of unity and humanity as there is increasing differences and fights among people of different religion.
Namramuni must have felt the need of such a thing which would bring people of different religion. The best thing is that a monk from Jain community took this wonderful step and this would do nothing but increase the respect for the great Namramuni and the Jain community.
