A barbecue party is the best way to interact with your relatives or neighbours for the day of fun. You should always plan the things in advance. The following article will give you some recipes which you can try making for your barbecue party.

Lamb Kabobs:

For preparing the lamb kabobs, you will need 6 pounds lean lamb ( cut into 1 inch cubes). For the marinades, you will require 1 cup olive oil, 1 cup red wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp oregano along with 1 tsp salt.

Combine all the ingredients of the marinade except the salt in a large bowl. Add the lamb cubes, coating them well with the marinade. Mix all the things well and keep aside for 2 hours. Stir in the salt. Take the skewers and thread the lamb cubes along with some marinades onto it. Put the skewers on the grill and cook for around 10 minutes and turn the side. You can baste the lamb cubes with the remaining marinade and cook for another 10 minutes. Cook the kabobs properly on both the sides. Serve the kabobs hot.

Cheesy Meatballs:

For preparing the cheesy meatballs, you will need 500g minced meat, 1 chopped onion, 50 g bread crumbs, 150 g grated parmesan cheese, 3 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp fresh parsley, 4 basil leaves, 3/4 tsp worcestershire sauce, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt as well as olive oil.

Mix the beef, onion, breadcrumbs, cheese, ketchup, parsley, basil, salt, worcestershire sauce and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Make small balls with the prepared mixture. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan. Add the meatballs and cook until lightly browned. After they are fried, you can drain on the paper towels. Enjoy your tasty meatballs.
