Whether it is a shortage in staples or the looming fear of the branch getting shut down, Michael is always one step behind or one step to the side.
Episodes of The Office address all sorts of inter-office problems that businesses all over America have. Some of these include racism and tolerance, one episode in particular forced everyone in the office to spend the day pretending to be someone else in the office, unfortunately Michael did not realize that his employees thought so little of each other, and himself. Another instance of real world drama in The Office is the tumultuous engagement of Pam and Roy, both employees, which is constantly being put in danger of collapsing by Jim Halpert, another employee. The Office is currently on its seventh season, this will be the last season for Steve Carell who plays Michael Scott the manager because he wants to move on and pursuer other projects. Nobody is certain who will be taking Steve Carell’s spot yet as no formal announcement has been made, but there are plenty of whisperings online about who it will be. Hopefully The Office will continue for many more seasons with its new manager and hold the charm it has had for so long.
