Getting Rid of Love Handles

A lot of people have problems with the extra flab at the sides of thier stomach. Those extra flab at the sides of your stomach are called Love Handles. Checking on your diet is the first step in losing love handles. Exercise also plays a big part in losing those love handles but if you continue to eat badly, then it wouldn’t work.

Eat foods that can make you feel full for a longer period of time. Eat foods that are high in protien and fiber. These can be found in chicken breads and cereals. Side Lifts. Lay on your side, keep your body straight and your elbow parallel to your shoulder. Put your other hand on your hip. Bring your hip upward and bring it down slowly. Remember to keep your abs tight throughout the workout. Make 15 repetitions on each side.

The Dumbbell Twist. With both hands, hold one dumbbell. Make sure that your knees are bent and off the ground. Bring the dumbbells to your left then to the right. This exercise works on your obliques by twisting your upper body. Keep your knees and hips on its place.

The Side Crunch. Lie down on your side. Place your hand at the back of your head and the other should be straight on the floor. Keep your body straight. Lift your leg up together with your shoulder and bring it down. Make 15 repetitions on each side.

Knee Kicks. Drop down on a crawling position. Take your opposite knee to your opposite shoulder, twisting your body. Repeat this 15 times.

The Waves. Hold one dumbbell on each hand. Lift them over your head and bend your body from left to right. With these workouts and the right diet you will surely lose those love handles.
