It does seem that Twitter has been cast in the shadow of Facebook, but with several hundred millions Twitter users you really should take another look at it. You should always pursue your market no matter where they are, and that is why no one should really overlook Twitter.
Interesting Tweets: You need to build your reputation with eye catching Tweets. If you’ve got a number of people following you, you want that number to grow, not go down. It’s easy to follow and unfollow on Twitter. Your Tweets should stay related to your niche you’re targeting are not random. Make each Tweet interesting so your followers feel like they are getting the value from you.
It certainly makes sense to create niche specific accounts in order for you to keep track of your product promotions when leveraging Twitter. This applies to you even if you’re targeting one broad niche, because usually such niches will have sub-niches, and having targeted followers for every micro niche will increase the probability of them responding back to your tweets and taking the action you direct them towards.
