To design the Air Jordan 3
To design the Air Jordan 3, former architect, Tinker Hatfield worked with MJ to redefine the concept of signature shoes. The design was completely different from the Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan 2 since it was the first pair to show a visible Air sole. It is on this shoe that the now-popular elephant print design took its debut. The one-of-a-kind pattern took the mudguard and heel panel spots on the original colorway.
Michael Jordan’s journey continued to soar higher as the cheap retro air jordan accompanied his breath-taking actions on the court. While Tinker Hatfield launched another new image for the signature basketball shoe, excellent features multiplied as he drew inspiration from the World War II Mustang fighter plane, noting MJ’s aerial dogfight-like game.
Due to its uniqueness, the AJ5 received greater demand in the market, thus the first Retro appeared on 2000 followed by the Retro + and other sample colorways that mainly used Metallic Silver plus corresponding color combination. And for MJ, the Air Jordan 5 is another inspiring shoe that contributed much in his nonstop victory.
