Network Marketing – Hold On To More Of Your Group
If your network marketing business offers fantastic products and a lucrative comp plan it seems incredible to see that so often people who come into this trade fail to earn much money and create for themselves a stable financial future. The leverage that this business model offers certainly is astonishing when you think about the influence of building a downline and having hundreds of people below you all eager to grow their business, one would assume you could literally just watch the money pour in.
Over the last few weeks I’ve had conversations with several network marketers, some successful and some not, I believe that the reasons for the most part why people are not making the grade is lack of training and lack of positive action! It is true that most network marketing companies and sponsors simply have not taken the correct steps to get their new folks earning fast. Retention rates in this network marketing industry are a low 15% People just entering the industry often say they don’t get the guidance they need from their uplines and it goes without saying that the traditional methods of recruitment do not work as well as they used to.
It is so important to learn and implement attraction marketing in this business, I learnt from the great guru himself Mike Dillard and since putting his principles into action I have been able to build a very profitable business and work with like minded people. If you have not yet already, check out his products and insist that your new recruits do also. Once you start marketing yourself if you get it right you will magnetize the proper people to you and you will build relationships with people and done correctly prospects are going to become interested in you and your primary business.
If you want to practise attraction marketing then the internet is the ideal place to do this. One word of warning though, don’t fall into the trap many newbies do by putting links everywhere saying ‘Best business ever, make $5,000 tonight, The best company since sliced bread’ etc…you know the sort of thing, my spam box is full of them. A new prospect will be far more likely to respond to you if you have taken the trouble to build up some kind of trust and relationship, it stands to reason you will stick out from the crowd by branding yourself and what you can give to your prospects in the way of knowledge, training and products. Always present true value!
Just remember that to get the interest of prospects you must offer them authentic value, go above and beyond what everyone else is doing and you will stand out from the marketing noise and position yourself in a place of authority in the market. Make sure that you have systems in place that will effectively take care of prospecting on auto-pilot, systems like autoresponders and using video marketing, emails you compose once and then can be sent to hundreds of new prospects without you doing anything, videos you make once and can be watched by thousands.
It;s important you educate your team on all these strategies. Attraction marketing is the clear winner, not spam marketing. By passing on these these strategies to your downline you will experience a far improved retention rate. There is much more I want to share with you, but I will need to write another article for that
