A Satisfying Gift for Retired Parents – Mobility Scooter
Most young people don’t live with their parents because of their busy work. So they have little time and space to company and care their parents, as well as me. My parents retired from their company last year. And they always walk to visit me. I am very sad when I saw their fatigue. So I decided to do something to relax them.
I bought a mobility scooter for my retired parents last year. Before I bought it, I had also considered buying an electric golf cart for some neighbors owned it. Finally, I thought the electric golf car was not fit for us and also cost enough money and space to maintain. So I decided to purchase the mobility scooter which proved it is a good choice for me at last.
I sent the mobility scooter as a gift to my parents. I was glad my parents were very satisfied with the mobility scooter. My dad said, “It lets our traffic be more convenient. And it has tow seats which allows my wife and I together to go anywhere we want to. Its max speed can reach 8KM/h, which does a great job of going up the hills in our community. Besides, the battery of the mobility scooter can be recharged to use for a long time. I always drive it to a public park to practice Tai Chi together with my wife. It is the best gift we got!”
I am very happy that my parents like it. I try doing something to let them happy to make up that I am not together with them. The mobility scooter helps me a lot! It is a great gift for older people and a good choice for the person who has the same problem with me.
