The underlying goal of a blog post is not just to fluff up your company but to also give the reader a need or desire to go to your website and make a purchase, or to pass your information on to their friends and family to generate more traffic to your page.
Small business coaching experts will tell you that there is a wrong way to do a business blog, too. They will tell you to write engaging pieces that people want to read. Writing boring or negative content could really turn consumers off about your company. Be careful about typos and grammatical errors. These give people terrible impressions about your business. Whether or not it’s true, they may think you run a sloppy enterprise!
You also want to make sure to write regular posts. You want to give people a reason to remember you and visit often, and not bore them by having the some post at the top of your blog for weeks on end. It may sound tricky, but once you get the hang of it, you will find that your business blog is a valuable tool.
