A small handful of nuts will leave you feeling full and will suppress your appetite and stop cravings. They contain natural fats that can help increase the fat burning hormones in your body. Look for the unprocessed variety of nuts.
Third is oatmeal. Rolled oats and steel rolled oats are included. They are high in soluble fiber and they help in getting rid of bad fatty acids.
