1, China's environmental legislation
Environment is a global problem, is threatening the survival of mankind and the survival of civilization. With continued population growth and increased economic output, consumption levels increase, shortage of resources, climate change, ozone depletion, biodiversity loss, land degradation, environmental pollution has become acute. States are facing serious challenges to sustainable development.
China is the world's most populous developing countries.
