Needed a cheap vacation
I was a student wanting to go away on spring break so I had a very limited budget in order to do so. A number of us got together and wanted to book a group trip and wondered if we could get a vacation somewhere a little out of the ordinary and exotic so we could get away during our break.
We went to a travel agent and this was a dead end there was absolutely no way to travel on a budget and there was no way that they were going to give us any kind of deal on airfare or hotel prices.
I started to check out a few of the major online travel retailers for cheap vacations, and although they had a few deals there seemed to be a number of catches associated with these deals. It was like the strangest things were not included in the advertised price such as the service fees on Air fare.
At travelanddeals we were able to find our perfect student vacation, we got a great deal on our trip and all of us were able to travel over our spring break. It did not have the same small print and red tape as the major competitors and the vacation they planned us turned out to be wonderful. 7 days of sand and surf with my best friends by my side. We got to return after spring break after having a real adventure rather than just moping around home. Because of the savings I was able to buy some souvenirs for my family as well and when I returned I had lots of money still left in my bank account so that I could live comfortably for the rest of the school year.
Even with my meager student savings I was happy to find a place where I could take my small budget for a vacation and put it to something that was a truly satisfying experience. We were able to get a reduced rate on both our hotel and our airfare and the price was so cheap it made sure that no one was left behind on our trip.
This year I have put aside a little bit more money for a vacation from my part time job and I cant wait to see what kind of deals I can get now that I have a little bit more to spend on a vacation. I am sure if the deals are anything comparable to last year we will be able to get a much larger room in a high class hotel this year and for only a small increase in price.
