You should make sure that you will meet your client in your office first before going to the property. This will help your co-workers to see the client that you are dealing with. If your client refuses to meet you in the office, then you should insist that you are going to meet him in the office, and not in the property. Let him know that this is your company’s rule and it should be implemented. This will surely make him think that doing something not good will get him busted easily.
Lastly, let your co-workers know if you are going to meet your client. Give them every details needed, such as the name of the client, address, and as well as the exact location of the property. You can also create a message that you can send to your co-workers in case you are having problems with your client. In this way, they can send a police in the place that you are in.
