With the aim of recycling 65% of the waste that’s generated in all Bruntwood properties, we’ve launched a recycling programme for all our office and serviced office customers. By removing the cost of each office’s individual recycling contracts, lower landfill taxes will save you £1m over three years.
We have also committed to reducing energy usage in your office buildings by 10% per year, using a combination of cutting-edge technology and pro-active facilities management. We have distributed Smart Metre units that will help you understand how much energy you use and more importantly, where it is being wasted. Driving down your energy bills and lowering your environmental impact is made simple, thanks to this data and our facilities management team.
