Exercises To Treat Sciatica – What Works The Best?

Sciatica is probably one of the worst pains you can go through in your life but there are good news for you – there are helpful exercises to treat sciatica and they work! Here I want to share with you few kinds of exercises from my own experience to relieve the sciatica pain!

Yoga exercises are very good when it comes to back pain and sciatica. You can find tons of information about it on the web – most of the exercises include stretches which is very good to relax your lower back muscles!

Use lower back exercises to treat sciatica quickly – all these exercises are very simple and you should try them even now. Lay on the stomach, put you hands behind your back and raise slowly the head and chest from the floor for 3-4 seconds. Repeat that 10 times. This is an advanced exercise. If your lower back muscles are weak that you can help your self with your hands!

Stretches – stretching your leg muscles will help you because it can release the pressure from the sciatic nerve! Make sure to concentrate on the legs and the buttocks muscles and don’t try to stretch the spine muscles!

If you chose exercises to treat sciatica then you should do them at least 4 times a day even if you are at work! Doing them only in the morning will have much less effect and you won’t get rid of the pain!
